PRICING INCLUDES

• 2" x 1 1/8" dog tag.
• 24" ball chain.
• Custom one color screened design on one side.
• Individual poly bag.

OPTIONS

• For additional screened colors add $0.10 (A) running charge and a $40.00(G) set-up charge per color.
• For a double sided design, please add 0.10(A) per color to the per piece price and an additional set-up charge if the design is different.
• For offset printing add $180.00 (G) set-up charge.
• For an epoxy dome add 0.24(A) per side.

 

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES

•  $50.00(G). Sample cost is rebatable with order of 500 pcs or more.

 

DELIVERY

• Standard delivery is 3-4 weeks from receipt of artwork approval.
