- Individual poly bag.
- For a double sided design, please add 30% to the per piece price and an additional set-up charge.
- For color fill add $0.12 (A) per color.
- For an epoxy dome add $0.24 (A) per side.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES- $50.00(G) plus a die charge. Sample cost is refunded with order of 500 pieces or more. The die charge is not refundable.
DELIVERY
- Standard delivery is 4 weeks from receipt of usable artwork.
