PRICING INCLUDES

- 2D soft rubber design with multiple flat levels.

OPTIONS
- For additional soft rubber colors, add .12 (A) per color run charge.
- For second side screen print, add a .16 (A) run charge and 30.00 (G) setup per color.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE
- 50.00 (G) plus mold charge. Sample charge is refundable when an order is placed.
- Overnight shipping charges apply. Adds 2 weeks to delivery.
DELIVERY
- 4 weeks after artwork or pre-pro sample approval.
